Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 June 2026

This policy explains what personal data Earlyvo collects, why, how it is used and protected, and the rights you have over it. It is written to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Earlyvo ("Earlyvo", "we", "us", "our") is a service operated by an individual sole trader based in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law, that individual is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@earlyvo.com.

2. What data we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service:

We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g. health, religion, ethnicity). Please do not send it to us.

3. How we use your data and our legal basis

4. Service providers we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers that help us run Earlyvo, and only as far as needed:

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement) to protect it.

Public data we process about employers. To build your shortlist, Earlyvo also processes information from public sources (e.g. the GOV.UK register of licensed sponsors, Companies House, and public job postings), which can include the names and job titles of hiring contacts. This is processed under our legitimate interest in providing the service. If you are such a contact and want your data removed, email privacy@earlyvo.com.

5. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to remove them or until Earlyvo no longer operates a waitlist, whichever comes first. Account and profile data is kept while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable period after you close it, unless we must keep it longer by law.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email privacy@earlyvo.com. We will respond within one month. You can unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

8. Cookies

Earlyvo's landing page uses only essential cookies and similar technologies needed to make the site work and keep it secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
